Rules for the granting of discounts

Paradox Card gives cardholder an opportunity for the discounts stated on the catalog, in terms of following the rules listed below:

• give your card to cashier at the cash machine in stores during the purchase of goods(before the calculation of bought goods)

• when visiting restaurants give your card before ordering the food, because the bill given after ordering is not changeable

• in cinemas discount is available for every 4th ticket

• in catalog discounts stated with “+” sign are available only during the sales in given place

• if the announced sale is exceeds 50%, then it is up to the company to offer card discounts

Attention

Paradox Company is not responsible for the quality of goods and services offered by members of the group, for the possible changes about the discount condition and rates made during the use of catalog including force-majeure situations and for the change of ownership or disbandment of companies included in the catalog. Paradox Company does every possible thing to provide complete information through catalog, although catalogs are only mean of information distribution, which facilitates the search for necessary information for users. That’s why we advise you to contact the company or customer service center (“Paradox CSC” Customer Service Center) before making big spending.

Guarantees

If the stated discount is not received Paradox Company guarantees cardholders compensation in case of preservation of the above rules. Though compensation right is only for the customers who got refused of discount for the first time. If the discount is not given, we would ask you to refrain from visiting that company till we find out the reasons of rejection. If this obligation is not followed next refused discount is not refundable. In case of discount refusal ask for the reasons and immediately contact Paradox office (telephone is available 24 hours). If you did not break the usage rules of card, Paradox Company will immediately defray you the discount sum.
